Cotton Candy facts:
Since cotton candy is mostly air, a small initial quantity of sugar generates a tremendously greater final volume, causing servings to be physically large and voluminous. A typical serving on a stick is approximately one ounce/30 grams and contains roughly 115 dietary calories. It is sometimes sold in bags containing several servings. Cotton candy is often served at fairgrounds or circuses. Food coloring is used to change the natural white color. A similar confectionery is the Persian Pashmak, and the Turkish Pişmaniye, although the latter is made with flour in addition to sugar.

At Last - Etta James (#1)
Many people these days are talking about the buy and hold method of gaining wealth with real estate. Now with the housing market in its current state, most experts agree that real estate will never see the inflated proerty values of the past again in our lifetimes. However there certainly may come a time in your life when you or your business will want to hang onto a piece of property, you'll only be interested in keeping certain types of property. If you're just starting out, flipping a house may be the ideal way to get started.
There are three ways that you can flip a house, each one has it's own terms, motivation, and type of property. The first method is known as retailing. Retailing, is when you buy a house in bad shape, do the repairs and renovations to fix it up, then turn around and sell it for profit. There are a variety of houses in need of repairs onthe market, and several ways you can quickly flip a house to net a profit. All you need to know are the techniques that will get you the most money in the least amount of time.
The second way you can flip a house is though wholesaling. Wholesaling is when you act as agent by finding a home for sale then flip it to an investor for a fast, yet small profit. To do this, you'll need to know the real estate investors in your area, and the types of homes that flip the best, you'll also need the means to fund your property so you can flip it to them. If you live in a highly populated area or a city, you'll find that using the wholesaling method of flipping houses is actually easier to accomplish than in rural areas and small towns.
The third way to flip a house is by assigning the purchase. Using this method, you'll commit to buy the house. Instead of closing the deal yourself, you'll assign it to a real estate investor - of course for a small fee. The investor will take the contract over and close the purchase themselves - flipping the house. This can be very profitable, especially if you invest in the right home. You don't need to have your contract worded any special way to be legal, but you will need to determine the assignment fee.
If you're looking to break into the real estate market and make the big bucks, you'll need to learn all about flipping houses. Flipping houses is very profitable, especially once you have learned the basics. The first and third methods are the best, although they will both take quite a bit of work on your part. Restoring homes isn't easy, and you'll need to have a team qualified to handle any repairs. Assigning the purchase may be difficult when you first start out, although it will get easier with time. If you stay at it and do your best to make a profit - you'll be an expert at flipping homes in no time at all.
For those looking to make their fortune in real estate the current market presents the greatest opportunity of our lifetimes. Low interest rates and some of the lowest housing cost per square foot in history. Now could be the time to make your mark in real estate.
The Costs of Replacement: Direct & Indirect CostsWhen you are planning to refurbish a manufacturing facility, municipal building, warehouse, or even your home you always have to consider the costs of painting compared to the costs of replacement. It is true that replacement is more a long term solution, but it also can be very costly, both in direct and indirect costs.
The direct cost of replacement is obvious. You have Materials, man-hours and installation eating up most of your projects budget. More often than not, the project budget only shows part of the true costs of replacement. All structural components and their costs are linked together. When you remove one component, you ultimately affect the remaining components. In many cases you'll damage or find damaged components. This can drive up direct cost quickly, usually after a project budget has been already been approved or the alotted funds are all that exist for the project.
Compared to indirect costs, the direct costs of replacement are small potatoes. Often a replacement strategie will require downtime or a temporary relocation, for an industrial facility, downtime is extremely costly while relocation for a home owner can be similarly costly. When an industrial facilty is down machines and workers are idled, and the company can lose tens of thousands of dollars or more every minute. For the home owner relocating can results in costs of hundreds of dollars per day.
The Cost of Painting: Lowering Direct Cost and Greatly Reduced Indirect Cost
Painting is a very cost effective strategy requiring relatively low man-power cost. However, if a surface needs to be specially treated or prepared, in the event of damage due to fire or water the manpower costs for painting could easily be comparable to the costs of replacement. The material costs of painting are usually considerably lower than replacement costs. An industrial, Commercial or Residential painting company is able to deliver a refurbishment solution to a facility, or home owner with lower direct costs.
Indirect costs are then proportionally lower as well. A good industrial commercial or residential painting company can often fit work schedules around your production schedule, or working hours minimizing downtime, or eliminating relocation cost effectively saving the company or home owner a small fortune in indirect costs.
For your protection we recommend you NOT use your debit card for placing online orders. With internet scams and identity theft on the rise it is important you take steps to protect yourself. Because your debit card is attached to your bank account using it for online purchases makes you particularly vulnerable to identity theft. We go to great lengths to insure your information is safe.
