When you have a Block Ice Shaver and you are out of block ice, you are out of business! Don't let that happen to you! Freeze your own. Keep several hundred pounds of blocks in the freezer for those really busy days. The really intelligent operators will own 10, 20, or even 30 ice molds. It's important to have the correct size bag. The bags listed here are specially-sized for Ice Mold #1487 (sold separate). Always try to "pull" the bag a little to eliminate the wrinkles as much as possible. The ice will need to be removed from the freezer and allowed to "temper" a little before you can remove the Poly Bag.
